This project was a bit easier than the walk cycle animation. I really had no major issues with it. Most of my errors I had where with timing and spacing, which I feel that I have dealt with and fixed.
What was needed for a more lively animation to stand up were to have Norman sit up correctly. Having him bend forward more, shuffling of the feet, hip rotation, bending at the waist, and more antisipation would help making him look real. Other problems with the animation were the elbows and knees popping, the hands bounce and hover, and tightened hands.
